Jeff Wang (Dr. Jeff), top professional instructor, presentation skills and teaching coach, Information Ph.D., and founder of F Academy. His clients include renowned companies such as TSMC, Foxconn, MediaTek, Siemens, major financial holding companies, National Taiwan University Hospital, Novartis, Google, Nike, Gucci, IKEA, and others, covering over 70% of Taiwan's top 100 listed companies. His publications include: "The Art of Teaching," "Work & Life Balance Techniques," "The Art of Online Teaching," "The Art of Gamified Teaching," parenting notes "Be Serious, and You Won't Lose," and co-authored works "50 Speaking Lessons from Million-Dollar Instructors" and "Joomla Website Building 123," totaling 9 books to date. He also created "Techniques of Teaching - Online Course," filmed with a three-camera, three-angle setup to recreate the teaching environment, establishing a platform record with 8,000 teachers learning together. Additionally, "The Skill of Presentation - Online Course" was filmed using Taiwan's highest standard four-camera, four-angle method, capturing the best of Taiwan's presentation skills. The course broke through ten million NT dollars in sales within a single week and currently has nearly 9,000 enrolled students.

He studied Civil Engineering at Changhua Chien Kuo Institute of Technology. After graduation, he worked as a construction site supervisor for 7 years, then transitioned to the insurance industry as a sales representative and broker, serving as a sales manager for 8 years. After experiencing training and learning through three different career phases, he recognized his areas for improvement and returned to school at age 30, earning an EMBA degree from Chaoyang University of Technology. In 2006, he started his own business as a full-time management consultant and professional instructor. He continued his education while working, spending twelve years to obtain his MIS Ph.D. from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology. His doctoral dissertation research focused on "Understanding the Secrets of Corporate Instructor Teaching through Changes in Learners' Cognitive Schemas." His gamification teaching research, "The Key Elements of Gamification in Corporate Training – The Delphi Method," won the 2022 International SCI Journal Annual Best Paper Award.

Passionate about both work and life, he has experience as a construction site supervisor and insurance sales representative. He is a super dad to two children and enjoys delving into computer technology, espresso making, steak grilling techniques, listening to jazz, and playing the saxophone. He has completed multiple triathlon competitions and holds qualifications including PADI Divemaster, Aikido black belt, construction site supervisor certification, EMBA, and Information Management Ph.D. His academic research focuses on teaching techniques and gamified instruction. He currently serves as General Manager of JayFu International and is the founder of F Academy.
