Course Access & Playback Issues
After purchasing the course, you can continue watching it throughout the platform's operational period.
To comply with regulatory requirements and protect customer rights, we provide the following explanations regarding "Guaranteed Viewing Period" and "Extended Viewing Access":
- Guaranteed Viewing Period: This course provides a "one-year guaranteed viewing period." During this period, if the course is permanently closed or deleted for any reason, our company will provide a full refund.
- Extended Viewing Access: After the guaranteed period expires, you can continue to watch the course for free during the platform's operational period, with unlimited viewing and the flexibility to arrange your learning schedule as needed.
You can click the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video, where you'll find speed options including 0.75x, Normal, 1.25x, 1.5x, and 2x that you can freely adjust.
If you cannot see the course content after purchasing, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Try using Chrome browser (Chrome currently provides the best experience for F Academy courses)
- Confirm that you are at home rather than at your company or school (which may be blocked by firewalls) and still cannot view normally
- Ensure your device has been updated to the latest version
- You still cannot view when using Chrome browser in incognito/private mode
- You still cannot view when using mobile 4G/5G network instead of Wi-Fi connection
If you still cannot view the course videos after following the above steps:

F University_Course Viewing Process (Desktop version shown below; mobile display may vary by device model):
- Click "Login" in the top right corner of the F Academy website.
- Select the account you used when purchasing the course to log in.
- After logging in, click "My Purchases."
- Then click "My Courses" to see your purchased courses.
- Select the course you want to watch and click "Go to Course" to start viewing.
- While watching, you can adjust subtitle size, subtitles, video quality, and playback speed.
- In the "Learning Center," you can access course assignments, academy announcements, and more.

Account Issues
Typically, after account registration, you will immediately receive an automatically generated "Email Verification Notification" from the system. We recommend checking your spam folder or "Promotions" category for further confirmation.
