F Academy International Platform: Officially Launching November 10, 2025 

Two years after establishing F Academy's online learning platform, we are embarking on a new journey—bringing Taiwan's finest presentation and teaching courses to the global stage.

From Zero to 20,000

In just two years, we have grown from zero to over 20,000 paid students. Our course, "The Skill of Presentation," now has over 9,300 students and has received more than 600 five-star reviews. Members commonly describe it as "the best presentation course I've ever seen," "an immediately practical course," and "a life-changing experience."

Some parents have even watched it with their children, reporting that their child's performance "earned unanimous praise from teachers and classmates, building their confidence for public speaking." We are incredibly proud that our commitment has earned such recognition.

Similarly, our online course, "Techniques of Teaching," has attracted over 8,000 students, accumulating nearly 500 five-star reviews across all platforms. It has earned enthusiastic recommendations from teachers, who call it "a must-buy, must-learn course," and share sentiments like "I wish I'd had access to this when I was younger," noting "a dramatic improvement in classroom atmosphere," and "a repositioning of my thirty years of experience." As our vision states—influence one teacher, and you influence countless students. We are delighted to be gradually transforming traditional, static teaching environments.

From Local to Global

Last year (2024), my family spent six months at Indiana University in the United States, sparking the idea of taking F Academy international.

Effective practices in presentation and teaching are universal. Since 2022, my gamification research papers—"The Key Elements of Gamification in Corporate Training – The Delphi Method" (Entertainment Computing) and "Gamification in Medical Education: Identifying and Prioritizing Key Elements Through Delphi Method" (Medical Education)—have become highly cited internationally. We are making significant progress in the international academic teaching research field.

"What if we could bring our online courses and books to the international market?" With this guiding question, we launched F Academy International. This month, I am also publishing the full English version of my book "The Art of Gamified Teaching" on Amazon's e-book platform, simultaneously internationalizing our offerings in both online courses and publications.

From Broad to Focused

Once we decided to go international, the next question arose: "Where should we start?"

Looking at the global landscape, there are countless countries with different languages. Every location seemed like a potential starting point, yet none offered a clear path forward. Still, a first step had to be taken.

Therefore, we chose English, the global lingua franca, and Chinese, our native language. After market evaluation, we selected Malaysia—a region where both English and Chinese facilitate communication and development—as our first step toward internationalization.

From Complete to Perfect

Of course, the most important aspect of launching any project is execution.

Even before the website officially launched, we held a live seminar in Kuala Lumpur in October 2025, connecting with longtime F Academy friends and readers of my book series. Some attendees traveled extraordinary distances—driving 900 kilometers round trip—just to connect with us in person. Many shared how our books and courses brought meaningful change and inspiration to their lives. I was deeply moved and grateful.

Following the principle of "done is better than perfect," we are systematically internationalizing our best courses through language conversion. We are initially focusing on English and Simplified Chinese, converting course description pages and subtitles first, with audio conversion to follow.

We are also continuously improving the website interface and payment processes, refining them for smoother operation. We embrace iterative refinement, hoping to replicate our main platform's success while gradually evolving to better meet everyone's needs.

We ask for your patience as we "complete first, perfect later." We welcome your feedback for continuous improvement. Only by understanding your needs can we achieve perfection.
